The three-tone siren (not on this recording) is used for vehicles that do not require drivers to yield but should still be given some priority. I've fiddled with this sound for a while, its 22 layers of base tones, atmosphere and static blended together to create a heavy, powerful sounding beam weapon. The finish is a slowed, lowered and reverberated tone from a french horn.
